Rhyming poetry done well, can be very pleasing to the ear and fun to read. And when the poetry tells a story one can relate to in some way, then I think the poet has succeeded. Some of my poems are based on actual experiences, while others are simply created from something I've heard or perhaps seen. I painstakingly create my poetry with true rhymes, consistent rhyming conventions, uniform accents, and strict syllabic conventions. Some poems are long and some are short, but all of my poems have been crafted with tender loving care.
