A fun weekend at a content creators and streamers convention hadn't turned out the way any of them had planned. Despite the dismal headlines about a brewing international conflict and a mysterious illness, everyone had expected the convention to be one of the best times of their lives, and they had come from all over the world just to be there. That had been months ago, the world was a very different place now with few survivors. Most of the survivors hadn't known each other before the incident. They came from different parts of the world and different cultures. They were different in so many ways yet had much in common. Learning to survive and overcome their loss together, they confront their own demons, and soon discover they aren't as alone as they thought they were. What would they have to face next? For one group, a fun weekend turned into hell on Earth and tested their strength & character. The new world was going to take them on a grueling physical and emotional journey. Before the incident they were ordinary people living ordinary lives in the real world, but in the online world they were heroes. It would take the near extinction of mankind to show them they were anything but ordinary in any world. As the dead rise so will a new breed of humanity led by unlikely heroes.
