Due to the specific modes of its cosmic and geological formation, the "lunar regolith", alias "the lunar soil", has very similar properties with our "earth regolith" existing under the form of granular soils, in some desert areas. After a short description of the state of art concerning the lunar regolith, this book is proposing the use of the "dry compaction technology", experimented an implemented by the author for the construction of some road in the Libyan Desert. For a better understanding of this technology, in the Annexe 1, the detailed results of laboratory and site investigations for the road project Taruna-BeniWalid in Libya is presented. Also, the development of feasible method, based on Shannon entropy, for evaluation of its resilience in comparison with a classical one , is described in the Annex 2. This efficient new technology is strongly recommended to be further experienced and implemented , in the frame of the actual NASA, French, Chinese, Russian or other Space Agencies projects, envisaging the construction of the actual and future transport communication ways, on the Moon or on the other planets.
