In 2030, authorities in St. Louis decided to rebuild the city from a place of economic and moral decay to one of advanced technology, beautiful buildings, and rooftop parks. There was such a change that the city was renamed to Sky City. But with its advanced technology, the city had new dangers. Much of the city's service was provided by the robotic labor force of NeoEarthen Technologies, the technology company key to the revitalization of the city. When one of these robots goes haywire and begins attacking the city, new heroes must emerge. Ironically, the robotic terrorist, known as the Mad Bomber, actually creates these heroes when two unsuspecting teenagers are kidnapped and transformed into robots by him. Escaping with their free will, Robo Mitchell and Bo Fredrick must face overwhelming odds and challenges if they are to save Sky City from the Mad Bomber and somehow find a way to restore their own humanity.
