Zac Trimbell, still struggling with PTSD after the Civil War and the loss of his family, continues his search for peace and meaning in life. He is aided in his search by his old friend and Pastor, Moody, who is joining him in Las Vegas, New Mexico. When his friend Trig becomes sheriff, he discovers that some of the raiders that murdered Zac's family have been named and located in El Paso. When Zac saddles up for the long ride south, he doesn't know what to expect but what happened along the way was unpredictable. The road to redemption lays before him if he will only respond.
