A retired billionaire, Billies sold out, just like thousands if not hundreds of thousands of other aging Hippies did. Billie jumped to his feet in alarm. Frozen! Then it struck. Call it luck. Call it what you will, Billy is going to get a second chance to make his life work out. As he picks through the ruins of a decimated San Francisco, he begins rescuing people who were not so lucky as him. Soon, he has a following. People who depend on him for support and direction.
