The City of Sardina is one of the greatest feats built by humanity, but even greater is the school within the city, Orhub Magical Academy. People from all over the kingdom come just to enter the school and make something of themselves. The story of Erin Middling starts here, a teenager who has for most of his life trained under one of the great masters of the realm. He is from Galce a small village town high in the Carsedes Mountain Range far from society. He has traveled a great distance to come to Sardina in order to learn new ways of using his powerful magic. He is placed with outcasts in the campus dormitory who are unable to use magic, are socially awkward, and overbearing at times. However, these are the people who have become his friends, accepted him, found love with him, and followed him into the darkness never to be the same again. At the same time there are things brewing in the mist of Sardinia as murder and demonic forces have led to even darker paths.
