Shells on a Chifferobe
is based on the true story of a young woman named Helen; a single parent, rearing two children in the deep south at the end of the 1940’s. The story reveals a character defining moment in Helen’s life; a challenging, terror-filled episode which would plumb the outer reaches of her intestinal fortitude. Helen’s aggressive confrontation with adversity on that chilling afternoon would ultimately unveil the character traits which would govern her life in support of her family: duty, loyalty, sacrifice, service, and most importantly, unfailing love.
