Out of all of the scientific feats they'd seen, Nych and Willow never expected zombies.
With their daughter gone away to college and their lives happy and fulfilled, Nych and Willow lived in a small home just outside of the Manhattan area of New York. It was a modest home on the outside, though the inside was where the technology really shone.
None of that mattered when the zombies started heading towards it, however. They were forced to leave everything behind and head towards the city, hoping that because all of the hordes were leaving, it meant things were getting better.
They were wrong. The city was still dangerous, and they would have been killed, had it not been for the kindness of a man that would come to save their lives multiple times.
Bernard. The crazy man who'd kept a fully operational aquarium up and running through the entirety of the apocalypse.
It was a safe place to call home, and they finally had a place where they were truly safe. During their time there, however... They meet people they never expected to see.
