Edward Riepe has written another story based in the near future after a dictatorial president has taken over the country. Liberty loving patriots fight to keep the ideals of the Founding Fathers alive, much as in his earlier books. In this story, he brings new characters, who are not as aware of what has been going on, but who learn very quickly. Riepe weaves in characters from the earlier books, but this story stands alone and you can enjoy it without having read the prior books. Of course, once you have read this book, you are likely to go back and read the others to learn the history of Free America and the struggle for liberty.
