This STOP-POP book is based on a true story inspired by STOP-POP battle bands created by best friends Melodie Schaffer(Mel) and Kelly Liddell (Kel). Mel gave a STOP-POP band to her 7 year old granddaughter Ava Curbow and Ava was inspired enough to use the band for show and tell at Thackerville Elementary school. She also used her creative talent of drawing pictures and writing stories and created this, her very own STOP-POP story. Melodie sent the pictures along with the story that Ava created to Fiverr and Dane Layers created cartoon characters to create a real children's book. We are of the Christian Faith and the book tells a positive story and also uses scripture from the Bible to prove the greatest author of all times is an advocate of positive thinking. In 2 Corinthians 10:5 we are told to take our thoughts captive and make them obedient to Christ. That is the flagship verse for STOP-POP battle bands as you will see if you visit their website www.stop-pop.com. Pop Sisters Mel and Kel along with Miss Ava are on a mission to spread the story of STOP-POP all over the world and change minds one POP at a time!!
