What would happen if a regular guy or gal lit-up the clouds with the bat-sign seeking immediate help? Would the bat super hero come to the rescue, or would his pompous helper demur?
In this all new super hero comedic fantasy novel, "Super Underwear Man Rides Again!", this question is answered -- a citizen calls the bat cave for help, and the bat assistant tells the citizen that his employer is too busy and that the rescue job is below the dignity of the bat ... blah, blah, blah, I hope you get the idea where this is going.
The bat assistant rudely tells-off the citizen and hangs-up on him. The citizen calls back angry and some very funny verbal combat ensues, culminating with the over-the-top bat retribution being unloaded on the overmatched citizen - perhaps Bruce should limits Alfred's access to his bat toys?
The story continues with the citizen contacting the Class-B super heroes, and this is where Super Underwear Man comes in. A little later, the reader is introduced to the all new young woman super hero named Underpanties (she protects her true identity with a Rumba-pants mask) who saves the day, and rescues the Super Underwear Man. But, did she steal a rescue from the Super Underwear Man? Does she work for someone else? Is there an evil mastermind at work?
A flashback of sorts introduces the reader to the genesis of Underpanties and the events that lead her into a life of super heroism. There is a short account of some past life sorrows that have lead in this direction. She receives certain gifts from her uncle and her mom that pass onto her certain powers that are awesome and funny, such as the Underbags, which are granny-underpants with built-in air-bags, in case of a crash landing or a fight, they inflate. The underbags are a hoot and are used several times to great effect and great humor.
SumoMan is back as the title character's main sidekick, and he possesses tremendous power as well as very good (near precise) English-language skills, which he uses to get into all sorts of hilarious trouble and adventures.
All of the original Super Underwear Man comic book characters are rebooted for this hilarious adventure; several all new evil bad guy and bad gals are added to the mix, the result is an over-the-top mix of good versus evil. Who will come out on top? I think you know the answer to that question. In the end, the super heroes overcome much adversity to triumph. The evil and vile Mouse is captured and sent to trial.
Just when you think the end is near, another climax builds when the Mouse gets himself into a pickle with his naughty mouth and learns the hard way that caning is NOT related to sugar processing, etc. The evil Mouse attempts an escape, but pays a very messy and funny price.
This family-friendly work ends where it began, with the citizen unloading a ferocious payback on the pompous bat cave assistant that will have Alfred and the readers rolling on the ground, literally.
This all new work is more than thirty-thousand words and the author worked diligently to get a laugh on nearly every page.
All new color comic books are being released this Christmas time to coincide with this all new comedy novel, including the color comic book "Better Not Mess With Santa!", where Super Underwear Man messes with Santa, and pays a very funny price; -and- the color comic book "Origins!", where the super hero "Underpanties!" is introduced to the world.
Comedy is difficult to write, in that you can package a few funny things together and call it a night, or you can work very hard to keep a continuous stream of funny ongoing, engaging and entertaining. The author did just exactly the later. He sincerely hopes you enjoy this work. The author offers his sincere appreciation for your support. ANd if you support him, he will produce more works.
T-Shirt, Mugs, 3-D toys, become available at Patreon or Kickstarter or www.SuperUnderwearMan.com starting December.
