Each variety is handcrafted using sustainable methods and milk from free-roaming cows that graze on acres of fresh grass. This special sampler brings together four of the dairy's best-selling old-world varieties, plus accompaniments crafted by the family's favorite local purveyors.
Green Hill: Soft-ripened, bloomy-rind double-cream cheese is made with grass-based pasteurized cow's milk and ripened for 2 weeks to produce silky texture with butter flavor. (7.5 oz.)
Thomasville Tomme: Evoking French farmhouse table cheese, this semi-soft variety is made from raw cow's milk and aged at least 60 days for complex earthy flavor with creamy body and natural rind. (6 oz.)
Asher Blue: International award winner features creamy, crumbly texture with unexpectedly mild flavor, mushroomy aroma and salty finish. (6 oz.)
