Todd Boling, a congressional intern, is delivering a report to a congressman and decides to take the tunnel system to the Capitol. That's when all hell breaks loose. He is thrown to the floor by the ear splitting explosion. Semiconscious he sees men standing next to him in the midst of the fallen bodies. Each wears an explosive vest. Their plan is evident.
