This book gives a review of the author's previous work on modeling of the processive nucleotide and repeat addition translocations by recombinant Tetrahymena telomerase and proposes an analogous model for recombinant human telomerase. With the models, the dynamics of primer dissociation from the two enzymes and the dynamics of repeat addition translocation by the two enzymes are theoretically studied and compared in detail.
