Raven and Rayne are brother and sister, fraternal twins born minutes apart. On their fourteenth birthday, they learn that the fairy Queen Aanessa, has given them magical abilities. Not only do they age slower than everyone else they can transform themselves into any animal they choose. One hundred years later, the Queen asks them to find and destroy one page inside of a magical book that is only within reach during a red moon eclipse and that is approaching soon.
The siblings are escorted into the hidden City of Atlantis by the Merpeople who have protected it for over a thousand years. Meanwhile, The evil sorcerer Nicias, arrived in Bytar by ship and with thousands of his soldiers invaded the peaceful city terrorizing the people until he had full control. A special amulet allows him to control the minds of the weak and along with his ruthless Captain Asal, he searches for "his" book. Not only would he gain untold power, he would discover the secret location of the City of Atlantis and their fabled gold and much more.
Finding the book and destroying the one page will be a difficult challenge in itself, ridding the city of the sorcerer and his soldiers is a different problem! Hopefully, peace can be brought back to the walled city, but will it last for Raven and Rayne
