When her sister is stolen by dragons, Danielle does what no person in the pitiful town of Dragon Snatch has ever dared. She assumes the identity of "The Bargainer," a legendary dragon that is known for hiding in human form. She demands a hearing with the Prince of Dragons, and makes a Bargain with him: Help her in any way for a year, and in return she will shatter the spell that traps them. Her plan works flawlessly-until he finds out who she really is. Danielle finds herself trapped in a deadly game of cat and mouse, where her protector is also the one she needs protected from. As the game gets closer and closer to its end, Danielle has to make a horrible decision. Break the spell and set the dragons free to destroy the rest of the world, or make the curse last forever at the expense of the people she holds most dear-the ones inside the bubble. Danielle must choose before the last day of the Bargain, or lose both. Can anyone be saved?
