WL "Lee" Noble was born in 1965 in a small town near a huge Texas metropolitan city. Lee is the eldest of 5 children to a lonely 16-year-old mother who fell for her older violent and unattached first love. When he was about 3 years old, Lee's father, Sonny, and his mother eventually went their separate ways. She wasn't equipped to be a mother, nor did she have the wherewithal to take care of herself. She had to find her own way because her mother (Lee's grandmother) was murdered on Lees mother's 3rd birthday. Lee's mother was with her at the time of the incident when her ex-boyfriend shot her as they attended a carnival. This desperate and horrid family history would become a dance that would engulf Lee's internal being for his entire life. Lee Made dangerous and unconventional decisions that were of detriment to his survival from an early young age. Those decisions would affect everything in his life and every choice he would ever make. Those choices would lead to run as far away from his old life as possible to the unknown tundra of Alaska at the age of 16. Lee has made many levels of progress, yet inside remains the same scared child. After all those years of soul searching, he found his calling and served in the Air Force and later become a police officer. He was drawn to the prospects of saving others and preventing some from taking the wrong path. In "The call of the Wild Child" Lee candidly reveals how he overcame his harrowing circumstances and brought vital awareness to the subject of physical and mental abuse in the face of family domestic violence.
