It's the start of summer, and Suzy is on a mission to figure out exactly what is going on with Josie's estranged boyfriend, Summerman. The dead man turns out to be the uncle of Sammy, one of the people who works at the Inn, and Suzy soon finds herself involved in an illegal crystal meth operation that's working on both sides of the River.
