This dissertation is an empirical investigation of the distribution of health care in the Danish population. The booklet's purpose is to analyze income-related inequality in health and health care in Funen County, Denmark, for 2000 and 2001. Concentration indices are used to characterize the distribution of health and health care with respect to income, and decomposition techniques are applied to the indices to obtain information about the composition and sources of inequality from determinants and dimensions.
