This memoir describes the impact of a life changing revelational spiritual experience by the author. The author had a high power immerse him in pure love and white light and it temporarily removed his self-doubt and fears for about 10 weeks. He learnt about practical miracles, synchronicity and coincidences and could channel energy. A practical person, he decided to remain in business and was later appointed General Manager of a derelict and loss-making manufacturing factory.
Using the knowledge gained in the experience the board was in disbelief when in 9 months sales grew from $10m to $23,3m and a loss of $500,000 became a profit of $2.6m. The result was achieved by developing a culture that worked with the values of honesty and integrity and respect and dignity and removed fear from the workplace. The author bypassed formal proposals and justifications and used intuitive based rapid fire decision making. Exports to Japan, Canada, USA and Mozambique followed. The change happened so quickly the union official called it a miracle. New owners were only interested in the real estate and fired the author when posting $3.8m on $38m sales. He then successfully launched two start up organizations. A $2.0m community drug rehab facility Sunrise Way was launched as the author worked voluntary on a part time basis as he ran his businesses. He was awarded an Order of Australia Medal for his efforts.
In 3.5 years he developed The Infrastructure Sustainability Council of Australia from an idea to a world's first working organization and its rating scheme is now involved with $220bn of Australia's civil infrastructure. He retired only to face a divorce, when his much loved brother was diagnosed with terminal leukemia and the sudden death of his son also occurred at this time.
It's a story where his faith and knowledge gave him an anchor and the resilience to face these daunting challenges.
