Kenan, Jr., Distinguished Service Professor in the College and Professor in the Law School, Universityof Chicago. Ralph Lerner is the Benjamin Franklin Professor Emeritus in the College, and Professor Emeritus in the Committee on Social Thought, at the Universityof Chicago.
