After an apparent suicide attempt, Sara (Andrea Londo) wakes up with no memory of who she is or what happened to her. Nick (Shawn Ashmore), her primary caretaker, introduces himself as her loving husband and insists that she rest as healing takes time. However, she is not able to as hostile strangers surround her in an alien environment she does not recognize. Things worsen as Nick becomes increasingly overbearing, secretive, and manipulative, forcing the line between reality and horrific fantasy to blur in her head. Adam Stilwell directs the horror film.
