"In order to reach contentment, satisfaction and peace on our lives, we must conquer our fears and allow our Lord to guide us in the journey throughout our lives" - Hilda Soto
"The Hidden Truth" is a story of a little girl undergoing different types of traumas, and abuse, yet prevailing over these adversities to become a young adult with many insecurities and fears. It was precisely these insecurities and fears which led her to marry very young. In her fantasy-filled mind, she dreamt of a love story which would erase her past. However, in her haste to jump into marriage, perhaps to escape her home, she encountered even more traumas to include physical as well as verbal abuse. Despite all this, she prevails and becomes a functional adult with a very successful career which was threatened by a jealous and insecure individual, who would make every effort to end her career.
In short, this is a story of strength and perseverance during times of hardship, and it was written solely for the purpose of empowering women to fight for their rights and not ever feel inferior or superior to others. In God's eyes we are all equal.
