Several years ago, Vicky Donahue and her CIA team had run out of time in thwarting an evil syndicate. Having miraculously survived the world's apocalyptic transformation, she and her team, along with other survivors, forged a sanctuary in a remote frozen tundra. Resources worldwide are scarce, and word has reached Vicky that an army to the south intends to conquer her small tribe.
