Outside of Lovelock, Nevada, there is a cave with a mysterious legend associated with it. The legend states that a mysterious group of red-haired giants lived in the area and fought with the Pauite. The Pauite exterminated them off after a final battle and the red-haired giants retreated to the cave. The Pauite set the cave on fire. They believed they had killed off all the red-haired giants but some may have escaped. The author made a visit to this cave and the Nevada State Museum to get to the bottom of the story. What follows is a curious tale of missing mummies, connections to the Cronides, connections to the Anasazi, the Paracas culture, clues to the Biblical giants and watchers, and cover-ups.
