" In the years immediately following The Lucy Show's final season of 1973-74, actress-comedienne Lucille Ball returned to prime time television with a series of memorable comedy specials that paired her with other comedic giants. Two of these - 1974's Happy Anniversary and Goodbye and 1976's What Now, Catherine Curtis, both starring Art Carney - appear back to back in this special release. Happy Anniversary stars Lucy as Norma Michaels, a woman on the cusp of her 25th anniversary whose marriage to dentist husband Malcolm has become insufferably dull. Longing for independence, Norma turns to her friend Fay for advice, while Malcolm consults his colleague Greg, a swinger. Catherine Curtis stars Ball as the title character, a middle-aged lady who grows sick and tired of her husband's constant philandering - so tired that she seeks a divorce, then looks for rekindled romance, first with a kindly handyman (Art Carney) then with a much younger suitor (Joseph Bologna)."
