With coauthor Jim Clark, he has written Aunt Bees Mayberry Cookbook, The All-American Cowboy Cookbook, Mary Anns Gilligans Island Cookbook, Aunt Bees Delightful Desserts, Aunt Bees Mealtime in Mayberry, and Mayberry Memories.
