The aim of this study is to analyze, deconstruct, and synthesize theories of comparative politics in order to place them in their respective epistemological, historical, social, and scientific frameworks and discover their inner hypotheses, ideas, and theoretical potentialities, as well as their interpretative power. This understanding will come from assessing the validity of these theories for the study of issues in comparative politics.
