Reading this book will grant you an opportunity to place yourself into another young woman's shoes. A young woman forced to live a life feeling she had no clue, idea, or control over the things in which it consisted. The lack of knowledge and, misunderstanding. But was embraced and offered access to be taught how to develop the severity of it had then began to evolve.
While moving on, so did she as it sustained to unfold throughout her journey, still unaware of the things that lie ahead as the time continued to pass by. Who knew the life she lived would ever convey, as it turned out, except the One and Only? Joy, comfort, feeling secure, the ups, my strengths, and the sense of knowing I am part of. Believing I belonged to, stability, being understood and, heard. The authenticity, faith, knowing my purpose, trust, feeling worthy, having the proper guidance, the good, and those many blessings. Growth and, the most important key, the most vital of all, which is love—that never-ending, unfailing, never-faltering, love! Sometimes abruptly being followed by or bombarded with mishaps, a series of unfortunate events, obstacles, trials, tribulations, and triumph. The pain, confusion, milestones, my faults, the guilt, the doubt, missed opportunities, uncertainties, test, weakness, the uncomfortable, and I can't leave out the ugly.
No matter what, I don't regret one thing mentioned. I'd like to think of them as life's lessons ordered by God needing to be challenged in order to continue. Staying on my toes, whether deeply rooted or about to tip over, was all part of God's plan for me. Not only did it shape and mold me into who I am today but, let's not forget the Power, the Force is what leads me and, promises it would be okay!
