Terror stalks the small town of Iron Forge, Texas as an unknown sniper kills several people without any apparent motive. Cawley Jenkins, owner of the Iron Bugle and former Marine is asked by the newly elected sheriff to use his extensive weapon experience to help catch the killer. The sniper seems determined to demonstrate his shooting skills, but news of Cawley's own unusual shooting ability suddenly makes him the next logical target by the killer he has been asked to catch. Cawley and a group of citizens form the Catch-The-Killer-Club to chase down clues and develop a profile of the illusive trap shooter. The race is on to catch the killer before he strikes again.
