Gentlemen, two of these, namely, the first and the third, are made treasons by an Act of Parliament, passed so long ago. The reign of Edward the Third; the second arid the fourth are made so by an Act of Parliament of the present reign, namely, the 86th of his present Majesty, chapter 7. I mention the chapter, because, if necessary, you may, in the course ofyour duty, have an opportunity to refer to it.
