The plebiscite, which is to decide the fate of Upper Silesia, whether it is to belong to Poland or to Germany, is approaching. At such a mo ment as this, the truth about Upper Silesia must be known. That truth was proclaimed in the Diet on January 28th 1921, by Deputy A. Wie rzbicki in a speech of such importance that the Diet passed a resolution ordering it to be published at the expense of the State.
