This is a fictional story based on actual events pertaining to the incredibly painful truths that occur with domestic violence; a subject that has devastated many lives of many. This book is intended to be the "voice" of those who lost their lives as a direct result of domestic violence and to hopefully inspire and help, at least, one victim from not becoming a statistic to this horrible circumstance. Domestic violence is a growing problem across the country with many dynamics that need further education and understanding. To the victim of domestic violence, the message here is to believe and know that you are not alone and that you are worthy of something far greater than the falsified love of a partner who claims to love only to control, hate, hit and belittle.
