Though the petite, pixy-cut brunette seems fragile and unworthy of the occupation of hunter, she has a special power of her own. The gun toting former FBI agent has a nose for tracking transmorphs. Literally. Her talent for sniffing out the creatures also extends to detecting emotions. Daniel quickly realizes that he couldn't keep a secret from her if he tried. Despite his first impressions of the woman, Daniel finds himself uncontrollably drawn to the taciturn woman and not just for a one-night stand. Conversely, her interest in him is purely physical, and only temporary. This karmic turn of tables leaves Daniel baffled with how to proceed. He might be able to save the damsel in distress, but this hero isn't going to get the girl.
