Alvin J Banker. Jr is a retired lieutenant colonel from the US military after serving 36 years in the US Marine Corps Reserve and US Army (national guard. active and reserves). During his time in the US Army, he served two tours in Afghanistan, one tour in Bosnia and Herzegovina. and numerous non-combat military tours as a reservist. In addition to the aforementioned, Mr. Banker Sp€nt 25 years working in the banking industry as a commercial banker making loans to real estate developers and other commercial borrowers. His banking experience also included employment as an assistant bank examiner for three bank regulatory agencies.
