She received her M.S. from the University of Oregon and her B.A. in English Literature. Her poems have been published in the , (Uttered Chaos Press) the Anthology (Uttered Chaos Press) and other journals. She was nominated for the Pushcart Poetry Prize in 2008. She's taught at Oregon State University and currently teaches at Lane Community College. She's the author of (Flutter Press 2010). is her second book of poems.
