This volume contains, in addition, a contribution by Behram Kursunoglu on the "Energy Black Hole", which was not actually presented during the Orbis. The content of the talks present d ranged over a wide variety of topics in the fields of future energy needs and resources. Special thanks are due to Mrs. Helga Billings, Miss Sara Lesser, and Mrs. Jacquelyn Zagursky for the typing of the manuscript and for their efficient and cheerful attention to the details of the conference.
