This first part of this book book contains all the TORCHY stories from Modern Comics #53-102. The first 37 stories are drawn by her creators and driving force, Bill Ward. Starting with issue #90 Gill Fox more-than-ably brought his own style and creative energy to this iconic character. The second part of this book presents all the TORCHY stories from Doll Man #8-47, plus all the stories from her 6-issue series. Most of these stories were drawn by her creator Bill Ward, and by Gill Fox, with a scattering of stories for whom attribution is still uncertain.
