At first, the motivation and inspiration to write this book was for those who want to try out a plant-based diet. Plant-based food is balanced and has all the micro and macro vitamins and minerals, if followed correctly. Also, I got inspired to write this book because there is no book published that has all plant-based international recipes. I have included over 1000 recipes from around the globe. It provides a wide range menu to select from, and also later may be meant for good ideas to develop a restaurant menu, and for food industries.
Why eat plant-based food? It's better for weight management and overall health. Research suggests that people who eat primarily plant-based diets tend to have a lower body mass index (BMI) and lower rates of obesity, diabetes, and heart disease than those who eat meat, if followed right. It also lowers risk of heart disease and other conditions. It prevents diabetes and other ailments. I am going to narrate my experience later on controlling my diabetes and overcoming certain other health conditions through diet and practical experimentation. visit website: https://heemashanker.club for blogs and articles.
