This is a story of relationships and how one's actions could affect the relationship itself. Relationships are not about giving your all but what all are you willing to give. There are many types of relationships (man/woman, man/man, woman/woman, parent/child, friend/friend, person/group of people, person/environment, etc). This is a fictional story addressing some real life issues dealing with relationships. How love could be blinding to the point of leading a person down a dark path. How trust can conquer lies that were meant to protect not so much to deceive. Understanding one's intentions instead of focusing on the lies that were told. Zion made a life (forever) decision as a young man. Zion met Myra when she was an expecting mother. Myra was raised in the streets witnessing the street-life which is where she met Zion. As an expecting mother, Myra wanted to change her life by leaving the street-life alone and she wanted Zion to do the same. Zion was a thinking man. He relied on his wits to navigate through the bad decisions he made as a young man as well as raise his family without the street- life affects at least minimize the affects. How making decisions based on the goal or the rewards but not considering the journey or the long lasting effects. How to judge one's decision but not judge the person. How music is so instrumental in one's life much more than just entertainment. Music could have a direct impact on how we feel or will feel. A person cannot experience true love unless they are willing to risk being hurt.
