Susie Bing hates rules. She hates everything about them. Her sister, Ryder, tries to tell her how important they are, but Susie doesn't listen. Then one day, things change. The universe decides it doesn't like rules either and when the sun fails to rise, everyone on earth begins to realize just how big of a deal the rules really are.
