anyone they deem a threat to their crooked ideals or their sociopolitical power.
Mike, the son of a Congress Member
, leaves home and meets up with
a group of orphans
who've, too, been
abandoned
by their elite Congress Member fathers. Together, they explore the wasteland of their destroyed city and scavenge for food, shelter, and anything that'll help them fight back against Congress. However, trouble soon finds the orphans, and they quickly learn they can trust no one, and their next day is never guaranteed.
