We learned early in this life to put pen to page to document our thoughts, feelings, setbacks, and triumphs in real time. It is our choice to share these things with you. There are many hugely sad things in these passages but it is not our intent to dwell on them. Because we have survived to share what happened, it is not really sad but is evidence that we have triumphed over what could loosely be termed as "adversity".
