What Would Walt Do? is a question asked by designers and builders during the construction of Walt Disney World. The answer was always that Walt would have done the right thing, keeping guest experience, quality, and safety uppermost in mind. Walt died two years before construction began, but his spirit was there guiding the project along the right path. This book is a collection of short passages describing some examples of decisions made on the project that impacted quality. The stories are from the first hand experience of Mike Miller, an engineer who worked on the construction.
