SILVER LINING
Do you believe that behind every dark cloud there is a silver lining? Some people think that the pandemic actually struck gold for unbelieving parents who were able to witness for themselves what their children were being forced to endure.in their classrooms.
LOCKOUTS AND MANDATES
Here is where the curtains were pulled back and the reality hit parents between the eyes. Some schools shut down their campuses and relied strictly on ZOOM for children to engage with their teachers to learn their lessons. Because many parents were also at home due to the shutdown of workplaces, they observed first hand what their children were being taught. Many parents were delighted to help and participate in the virtual lessons, thankful for the teacher who spent double time preparing lessons online. But too many parents from K-12 discovered for the first time, the agenda that was being forced on the students contrary to their family beliefs, values and practices.
"Parents and Teachers should be the best thing between children and harm's way."
MAMA & PAPA BEARS ARE POKED
Mellow, patient, kind people intentionally avoid confrontation. They go the extra mile to be cooperative, even compliant. But if they see you harming their children, they turn from reluctant to compelled defenders of their young. They will be the primary leaders challenging the Culture Wars and supporting the importance of Content and Character in the war about Education.
