Words Of A Broken & Healed Soul is a narrative poetry piece about the author's struggle with mental health, her awareness stage, and her social observations. This piece was constructed to inspire and uplift others who may have their own experience with mental health and may feel like there is no hope. She wrote this to show others that even in the midst of darkness, stars do shine. At the end of the book, there are three self-reflection exercises available to help jump start you on your journey of self-awareness.
