Mexican Miriam Landin dreamed of fulfilling the American dream since she was a child. Motivated to get her family out of poverty, she crossed the border in the company of her little one, Josstin de Ella, who was only four years old. She never thought the price of the top would be so high! She suffered from her own compatriots' indifference and discrimination from day one; they abused her status as undocumented and added to her scarcity was her illness. In her grayest days she saw her son cry from hunger, without having a bite to offer her. Despite hitting rock bottom, she did not give up.
In this first book, Miriam will open her heart to tell you, not only what happened on the rainy days, but also the storm she had to face inside her. She will tell you how she got through her toughest times and what path she took to become a successful entrepreneur with a multi-million dollar business. The gray days have passed. Now, she lives happily with her husband Julio and her son Josstin, developing a multimillion-dollar business as a business leader in Tupperware, and buying and renting their properties in the United States and Mexico, determined to share with you her experience, which will serve as a reference to demonstrate that the American dream can be conquered.
Miriam Landin is the business leader of the Tupperware company, a world-class company dedicated to the commercialization of plastics for the kitchen. She was named the 2014 director of the year at the same company. As part of her commitment to society, she has also participated and contributed to different activities through the Christian church. Miriam became the first Hispanic CEO star in 2018. Expanding her knowledge, Miriam has received different recognitions in topics such as motivation and leadership for the sales force; among them, certifications and participation in John Maxwell courses.
