Fed up by the ill treatment of their owners, a group of pets led by Zeebra, the Hip Dog, decide to pay a visit to the First Dog at the White House, hoping he will pave their way to Congress to seek a new Animal Bill of Rights. Little do they know, their actions are about to lead to an epic battle between pets and wild animals to decide which will lead the bloodline into a new era. In the midst, a hero will arise.
