Women still earn 23% less than their male collegues. But hardly ever, they sue their employers. Why? What bounderies keep women from accessing law and how can we overcome them with legal mecanisms? First, we have to analyse the effectiveness of the law. In several studies, is showed, that above all, the lack of informations in companies keeps Lawsuits from building up.
